Dedicated static public IP
Your static IP, no need to switch ISPs
portuno gives you a public IP address that is yours alone. Your router connects to it through an encrypted tunnel, and you decide which ports reach which devices. It works with the internet you already have, even if your ISP gives you no public IP.

Outbound through your address, on approval
If a bank or a supplier only accepts connections from a registered IP, traffic leaving your site can use your static address too. Our team turns it on after reviewing your request.
Works with what you already have
Any router or device that speaks WireGuard will do. These are the most common:
- MikroTik
- Ubiquiti
- pfSense
- OPNsense
- Windows
- Linux
- Synology
And with any ISP: Telmex, Izzi, Totalplay, Megacable, Starlink or mobile internet.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a VPN?
It uses WireGuard, a VPN protocol, but it is not a VPN for browsing. The tunnel runs from your router to your own node, and its job is to deliver whatever reaches your public address to your devices. Your browsing still goes out through your ISP unless you turn on outbound through your address.
What if my internet connection changes its IP?
Nothing happens. Your router is the one that opens the tunnel to your node. If your ISP changes your IP, the tunnel reconnects by itself and your public address stays the same.
Does it work with Telmex, Izzi, Totalplay or Starlink?
Yes. You need no public IP and no open ports on your ISP modem, because the tunnel starts from your network. That is why it also works behind CGNAT, on mobile internet and on satellite internet.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your name, for example cameras.yourcompany.com, with a CNAME record to one of your names under domains.portuno.app, or with an A record straight to your address. You handle certificates on your own server: portuno forwards traffic as it arrives, without opening it.
Who is responsible for what I expose?
You are, as with any static IP. You decide which ports to open and to which devices. If you open sensitive ports, such as databases or remote desktop, the panel warns you and lets you limit who can connect. The details are in the terms of service and the acceptable use policy (in Spanish).
How do I cancel?
From the panel, under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: your address keeps working until that day and you are not charged again. After that, the address is released.
How is it different from ngrok or DDNS?
DDNS only tells you what your IP is today, and it is no use if your ISP gives you no public IP. ngrok and similar services publish your apps on names and ports shared with other customers. With portuno you get a whole IPv4 address of your own, with any TCP or UDP port.
Where is my address?
Your node runs in a data center in Dallas, Texas, United States. The address is dedicated: nobody else uses it. Geolocation services place it in the United States.
How am I billed?
By card, every month. Your first charge covers the rest of the month you sign up in; if you sign up on the 20th or later, it also covers the next month. After that you are charged MXN 199 on the 1st of each month.
What if I go over 500 GB?
We let you know and we do not cut your service. If it keeps happening, we will ask you to move to a plan with more transfer.
